The bungalow built on a plot area of 1675 sft. The project is ideally located in a local area called Danishkunj in Bhopal. The plot is rectangular in shape with a length of 50’ and width of 33’6”. A main 7.5m approach road follows an internal street of 6m, the east-facing plot is drafted with a climactic appearance with a Vastu-oriented indian architecture design. This is a modern design residence bungalow that is minimally designed as per the needs of each family member in mind. Understanding the family needs was more important, but keeping aesthetics in the focus. Each space is a reflection of their aspirations and sophisticated yet modern lifestyle.
A good elevation is the face of the building which creates the first impression of you and your home. If an elevation uses a good colour scheme, the structure looks spacious and fresh and also creates positive vibes in the house. We have used a split-contemporary colour scheme in which a subtle colour palette uplifts the mood. Fabricated metal grid in elevation projected up to the parking which creates semi-open roof on parking. Natural stone cladding in corner façade of elevation enhance the beauty of the bungalow.
The main entrance, located in the East, opens into the parking that visually connects with the lawn. The glazed window of the living room overlooks the green expanse which adds a soothing touch to the outdoors. Guest room with attached toilet, mandir is near the dining in North – east corner, powder toilet, kitchen with wash area are planned on the ground floor as per client’s brief. First floor accommodates master bedroom with attached dress-toilet, son’s room with attached dress-toilet, daughter’s room with attached toilet and east facing terrace with wooden flooring connected to a common lobby so that anyone can access the terrace without disturbing any room. The staircase will be used daily by you and your family, it should make this as easy and comfortable as possible for you, which is only possible if it is designed properly and with your needs considered. The staircase tread in black granite with beautiful laser cut mild steel railing with wooden handrail is a highlight feature that connects the two floors of the residence.
